As of the date above, velonex-hk.com does not set or use any cookies: no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, and no third party tracking cookies. You do not need to accept or decline anything to use this site.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website can place on your device to remember information about you or your visit, such as your preferences or browsing activity.
The analytics we use
We measure how the site is used with Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy focused analytics tool built into the service that hosts this website. According to Vercel's published documentation, it:
- does not use cookies, and stores nothing at all on your device,
- identifies a visit using a hash derived from the incoming request, which is automatically discarded after 24 hours,
- does not store your IP address, and records each data point anonymously,
- cannot reconstruct your browsing across other websites, and
- reports only aggregated statistics: pages viewed, referring site, country, browser and device type.
Because it works this way, no cookie consent banner is required, and the statement above still holds: this site sets no cookies and uses no local storage at all.

This site links out to services such as WhatsApp and WeChat. Once you leave our website through one of those links, that service's own privacy and cookie practices apply, not ours.
