Velonex Global Logistics Limited (“Velonex”, “we”, “us”) is a freight forwarding company based in Hong Kong, with an operational presence in Shenzhen, China. Registered office: Unit 1104, Hilder Centre, No. 2 Sung Ping Street, Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. BR No. 80201583-000-04-26-4.

What information we collect

When you submit a quote request through our website contact form, we collect: your name, company name, email address, pickup location, destination, cargo type, desired timeline, and any additional notes you provide about your shipment.

We do not knowingly collect any other personal information through the website, and we do not require you to create an account or log in to use it.

Providing this information is necessary for us to process your quote request — the required fields are marked as such on the form. If you do not provide them, we will not be able to respond to your enquiry.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and prepare a tailored logistics proposal.
• To keep an internal record of leads and enquiries so our team can follow up.
• To communicate with you about your shipment or enquiry.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

To operate the contact form, we use the following third-party service providers, who process your information on our behalf:

• Resend — delivers the email notification generated when you submit the form.
• Google (Google Sheets) — stores a copy of each submission in an internal spreadsheet used by our team to track enquiries.

These providers may process and store your information on servers located outside Hong Kong. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

Data retention

We keep information submitted through the contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain a record of our business relationship, or comply with legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights under Hong Kong law

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond to a data access request within 40 days, as required by law, and may charge a reasonable fee limited to our direct cost of complying with the request.
