Logistics for cargo where a delay costs more than the freight
When a pallet is worth more than the aircraft space it occupies, the rate stops being the interesting number. What matters is how many hands touch the cargo, how long it sits in a terminal, and whether anyone tells you where it is before you have to ask.
Who this is for
Electronics traders, mobile device distributors, component suppliers and technology retailers moving cargo that is attractive to steal and expensive to delay.
Cargo we typically move here
- Mobile phones, tablets and consumer devices
- Components, semiconductors and boards
- Networking and data centre equipment
- Prototypes, samples and pre launch stock under embargo
The problem
What usually goes wrong in this sector
Theft risk concentrates in the handoffs
Cargo is rarely lost in the air. It is lost in the gaps: at pickup, in a consolidation warehouse, on the ramp. A quote that says nothing about who holds the cargo between those points is not really a plan.
Reactive tracking is not tracking
Most providers will tell you where the shipment is when you ask. On high value cargo that is the wrong way round, because by the time you think to ask, the problem has usually already happened.
Space on short notice
Launch dates, replenishment and embargo lifts do not wait for the next available flight. Getting confirmed space quickly is often worth more than getting a lower rate slowly.
How we work on it
What we do differently here
Monitored handling across the whole chain
We plan the route so that the cargo is under supervision from pickup through to airline terminal handoff, and we say plainly which parts of the journey carry the most exposure.
Insurance on the declared value, not on a default
Cover is arranged against what the cargo is actually worth, and we tell you what the policy does and does not cover before the shipment moves rather than after a claim.
Direct routing and confirmed capacity
Fewer transhipments means fewer handoffs. Where a direct service exists we book it, including through block space arrangements when capacity is tight.
Updates you do not have to chase
You hear from us at the milestones and, more importantly, when something changes. That is the whole difference between a status page and a partner.
The first thing we will ask you
Is your current shipment tracking reactive, where you ask and they tell you, or proactive, where they tell you before you have to ask?

Describe the movement, not just the lane
The cargo, the constraint and the date it has to be there. That is enough for us to come back with something useful rather than a number with conditions attached.
